Purpose of the job

We are looking for a Presale Engineer to join our team in Orange Egypt, who will work together with the team in providing valuable solutions meeting customers requirements. In collaboration with Sales Teams, your mission is to build customer relations and expand Orange Egypt ICT scope and portfolio of services with targeted customers and prospects. This mission includes key stakeholders relationships, contributing to joint sales planning, solution strategy definition, identification of potential opportunities, and deal qualification.
In your role you will be responsible for continuously looking into digital technology evolution/opportunities with the ambition to increase our customer intimacy and grow the business and value of services delivered by Orange Egypt
Duties and responsibilities

Participate in Lead qualification and definition of the bid strategy Mid to large, complex or non-standard sales projects.
Provide presales design support for both new and existing customers requiring Orange Solutions across SDWAN, LAN, DC in Collaboration with Sales Teams.
Support customer facing team members to complete solution design validation and costing activities.
Experience in sales support and design of telecommunications solutions: SDWAN, SDLAN, Knowledge of LAN, WAN & Voice integration is highly desirable, Working knowledge & experience with network security controls such as firewalls, proxy, internet protection others)
Ability to: engage at a detailed technical level either with Customers or Internal Team members.
Lead and Implement Proof of Concepts for Various Solutions (SDWAN, Digital Twin,etc)
Learn New technologies and gain hands on experience on these new Tech. Solutions.
Job specification

Education

Minimum BSc degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, information technology and systems.
Certifications / accreditation in relevant ICT Solutions Domains.
Experience

Minimum 5 years experience
Experience in creating solutions for customers based on their business and IT initiatives rather than on an individual company's product offering.
Strong Hands-on Experience of various Networking Products and Solutions
Robust understanding of Various Domains such as Cloud, Cyber Security, IOT...etc
