Job Title: Receptionist
Direct supervisor: Admin. Manager
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Receptionist at Lithium du Mali SA, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for visitors and callers. Your primary responsibility will be to greet and assist guests, answer incoming calls, and provide accurate information about the company and its services. You will serve as the face of the organization, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the reception area.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Warmly greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience.
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
Provide accurate information about the company, its products, and services to callers and visitors.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the company's high standards.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services efficiently.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
Uphold confidentiality and data security standards in handling sensitive information.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with team members and external stakeholders.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Job Classification: According to the Collective Agreement of Companies and Enterprises
Geological and Hydrogeological Mining in the Republic of Mali
Duty Station: Bamako
Date of entry into service: As soon as possible
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
Fluent in French and English for effective communication with visitors and callers.
