Experience in a project implementation team delivering a complex project particularly WASH.
Demonstrated skills and experience in coordinating, training, facilitating and capacity building of organisational staff, partners and community members and/or community- based organisations.
Experience/training/qualifications in climate resilient WASH or relevant/associate field
Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of WASH programs.
Experience within WASH methodologies such as Community-led Total Sanitation, Water Safety Planning, UNICEF 3-Star School standards, WASH in Schools and WASH Construction.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to produce succinct written reports in English.
Ability to be organised and self-motivated to adapt and adjust to implement activities effectively within changing power dynamics and community priorities.
Openness and enthusiasm for learning the new tools and approaches, and then being able to facilitate the learning of others in the Project tools.
Openness to continual self-reflection and learning.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team and with upper management
Knowledge of the use of word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good organizational and time management skills
Able to work well under pressure and meet all deadlines
