Key responsibilities
* Responsible for Controlling the Recruitment Cycle, ensuring day-to-day recruitment activities managed.
* Review and Post vacancies internally and externally by advertising on website job boards and monitor responses.
* Manage screening and supervise required tests and competency based on job requirements.
* Select & Work with third party agencies to bring in Assessment Centers where applicable to ensure the recruitment of high potential, excellent caliber people are recruited
* Ensure that the testing process is put in place for recruitment across the organization
* Ensure recruitment targets are met, and that Recruitment administration and processes fully live up to Corporate HR standards.
* Oversees the preparation of job descriptions, both newly created and those that require updating.
* Conduct initial interviews with applicants to determine their job requirements and suitability for particular jobs and help Managers to find suitable staff by prepare shortlists of suitable candidates.
* Manage and follow up the development of the recruitment process to reduce the time of pre hiring procedures to minimum limit.
* Making notification feedback for all candidates by positive result or negative situation.
* Discuss recruitment policies with superiors to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques.
* Conduct all Manpower reports and needed labor statistics about tests and interviews and monthly HR report and yearly recruitment statistics and reports..

We are looking for
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management or another relevant field.
* 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment.
* HR diploma / certificates is a plus
* Demonstrated networking skills and ability to enable effective partnerships
* Experience in building talent pool for technical positions such as IT is a plus
* Very good command of the English language.
* Excellent Organizational Skills.
* Team building, Problem-solving, Time management and Negotiations skills
* Excellent communications skills, and reports presenting
