You will contribute to the development of the Industry activities taking into consideration the roadmap and ambition of the group.
This position is focusing on selling and promoting sales of TotalEnergies products and programs to Major accounts and MRO's throughout the US and to work with our global contacts to align.
Work with the industrial and distribution teams to communicate strategy and goals at key accounts and direct initiatives within the accounts.
You have an experience within the Industry business, understanding the challenges of this activity and with knowledge of the big players. You are a proven Salesperson with outstanding results no afraid of being in the field and traveling in a large territory. You have strong communication skills, are curious, a go getter personality, dynamic with team player spirit.
Activités
Achieve annual sales budget, contribution margin budgets and all quarterly objectives for key accounts.
Develop the MRO’s volume & profitability (Motion, Applied, Vallen, Kamen, Grainger, etc.…), aligned with the TEMUSA road to Market (clear products strategy). Visiting MRO’s HQ’ and optimizing the local relationships with our Industrial Reps.
Work closely with the Marketing team to build and develop Marketing program for the MRO’s.
Identified the global or regional key business Accounts aligned with the market segmentation strategy.
Work with the Global Key Account Managers to identified opportunities in the US.
Sell required number of new accounts by promoting and prospecting with assigned territory.
Perform all functions of position while maintaining spending within the assigned expense budget.
Maintain and/or increase business with current Key accounts.
Complete all required monthly and weekly reports in a timely fashion.
Profil du candidat
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Science or other technically related field.
- A minimum of 5 years sales experience in related industry required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
